Overlake hospital saved my life and I am very grateful for them. Every person that helped me through my emergency, procedures, surgeries, and recovery were absolutely awesome! They are a very skilled team. I highly recommend them. Thank you Overlake for taking care of me.

Truthfully my experience at Overlake recently has been amazing. I'm new to coming here and I visited the Neurology, Sleep Study, and blood lab and I've got more for Insomnia Therapy and a MRI/CT and it's the first time since I was born dealing with these problems (I'm 19 now) that someone has finally took me seriously and wanted to help me experience life normally and not in constant pain and exhaustion. My experience has been absolutely amazing and it being my first time being treated like a person in the medical field I can't be more greatful. I did read some of the other reviews tho and I may of not have experienced the poor service that others have I cannot ignore it. From what I have read the ER and Surgery department in Overlake are massively filled with horrible medical professionals who shouldn't of ever been in the field. They supposedly discriminate, make accusations, make rude comments to their patients, forget their medical needs, etc. tbh everything that makes a medical professional horrible that's what they sound like. I've experienced things like that for years not due to my skin cause I am white but because of my age and gender, I had hospital staff make fun of my

I felt well taken care of. I did not feel like the doctors were just trying to push pills or medicine from big pharma on me. I felt like the doctors were just concerned about my health and ways to get me healthier. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital. Thank you for taking really great care of and for me.

My dad had a stroke and admitted to the hospital. He started out on South Building Floor 4 then went to ICU on Floor 3 and back up to Floor 4. We have met multiple doctors and RN. 50% of the doctors at the hospital on both level is OK. Most recommended my dad put on Hospice. I’m not having it. I do want to point out a few superstars RN. Dakota at ICU on Floor 3 was amazing. She was knowledgeable, had great communication and most of all caring. She should be promoted. On Floor 4, thanks to RN Sang, Kelli (tall lady), Gary and Dylan. All were very knowledgeable. Very fast and very attentive to details. I hope these RN get promoted. Thank you to all of you and I’m sure many others.

I had a fabulous experience with my surgery yesterday. Dr. Swee Lynn Tan did an amazing job. The surgical team was caring and compassionate. Susan was truly sweet. My recovery in E466 last night and today was great. Maybe not the bed-was there a mattress? But the staff were equally compassionate and caring and knowledgeable. Veronika, Yete, Sean, Alexis, and those whose name I forgot thank you!
